Using simple fresh ingredients and riding the line of familiarity, while also introducing new additions to the Japanese food staples available in Charlotte.
Our goal is to showcase Japanese street and comfort foods bringing new experiences to the Charlotte area. Using classic technique mixed with creative and fun ideas we hope to bring something excitingly new to the Carolinas.
